A major show-stopping bug has been fixed in Monster RPG 2 for Raspberry Pi. The bug caused the game to crash immediately after starting in most cases where the user was using an HDMI monitor or had certain configuration options in /boot/config.txt commented out. If you ran into the bug yourself, please try the new update, available on www.monster-rpg.com.

I just finished play-testing a full game of Monster RPG 2 on Raspberry Pi. There were very few problems and I fixed all that I found, so here is the first stable release (1.12.1.) Enjoy!

The first test release of Monster RPG 2 for Raspberry Pi is now available here. If you haven't followed on Twitter, this was one of the Code Monkey requests from our Indiegogo campaign! Expect a real release version soon.

Our Monster RPG 2 campaign has reached it's goal of $1,500! There is still about 12 hours left, so any extra contributions will go to charity. Rewards should all be delivered by December 1st.
